Facebook 5/21/2023 @ 5PM CST
Raffle winner must Retain Castiel a minimum of year before selling. If for any reason winner is unable to care for Castiel during the year of retention Phinity Ranch LLC is to be notified.
Raffle winner must have adequate space for Castiel. If raffle winner does not have adequate space they may so choose to donate Castiel to an individual that can care for him or a program such as Richland FFA Chapter.
Raffle winner is responsible for transportation outside of 150 miles of Fair Grove, MO. If raffle winner is out of state all tags and health paper work would be at raffle winners expense.
Once reserve is met Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE .
Winner will have 24 hours to reach out to Phinity Ranch LLC. to claim Castiel and confirm adequate space or donation. If raffle winner does not claim within 24 hours another drawing will be held.
Phinity Ranch LLC. reserves the right to redraw if raffle winner is for any reason unable adequately care for Castiel.
