How to reserve READY &/or LOOKING for NEW pastures

A deposit can be made for any cattle that is listed

• A 50% non-refundable deposit of the purchase price is required to reserve any cattle. The deposit secures the animal until the agreed pickup date.

• Once deposit is made on a male calf… the buyer can choose to keep said pick a bull or make him a steer.

• All Prices listed are for weaned Calf/calves
• All calves with deposits must be paid in full by the pick up. 
• Once deposit is made price on calf/calves are locked in. 
• If listed calf/calves do not have a deposit, price is subject to change.
• Calf/Calves that are unable to be picked up within 14 days will incur a $5.00 a day or $125.00 month charge, which ever is the lesser of the two.
• If calf/calves are not paid in full by agreed time of pick up and no other arrangements have been made the buyer forfeits the calf/calves & Deposit.

• Unless otherwise arranged … All calves must be picked up with in 14 days of buyer being notified of ready cattle. (See pricing for past 14 day)
• Buyer is Responsible for all shipping and other related expenses. 
• Please make us aware of out of state transportation as we will insure that all health paperwork and tags are compliant with out of state transportation. 
• Please NOTE All fees related to out of state transportation are buyers responsibility. 

• If for some unforeseen reasons such as but not limited to an act of god that prevents a pick up, the Buyer will be notified immediately & entitled to a refund or pick of another one available at that time.
• Other then the listed above reason deposits are NONREFUNDABLE
• There is NO refunds once Cattle leave our property. (Again if the calf/calves are not healthy they will not leave our property.)

If the buyer is planing on using their pick to provide for their family, it should be noted that most processing facilities are a year out. Make sure you plan for this!! If you need any assistance with this please contact us, we will gladly offer assistance where we can.
